Save the date for October 26th for the 2nd Annual Project 489 Dinner Show and Auction. Proceeds from the auction will go toward assisting USD 489 paying for safety improvements that are being made throughout all of the district's schools.
Event day volunteer help that is needed includes bartenders, cashiers, gift certificate sorter (provide gift certificates to cashiers as guests check out that evening), raffle ticket sellers, servers (assist guests in getting their food and drinks throughout the evening, auction booth workers (assist guests with getting their merchandise after it has been purchased), and assistance tearing down the event after the auction is completed. Volunteers who work the night of the auction will be treated to a meal that evening.
